Productive trees for orchards, agroforestry & forest gardens
The Food Forest Nursery at Tonnóg Farm is a specialist nursery producing fruit trees on both commercial and native rootstocks for productive landscapes.
Our focus is providing growers, farmers and community projects with trees suited to Irish conditions, whether establishing an orchard, productive hedgerow, forest garden or agroforestry planting.
Our native rootstocks are propagated from Irish provenance material, including seed-grown crab apple, hawthorn and wild cherry, together with locally selected blackthorn propagated from landscape-derived suckers and stool layers.
