Creating a Food Forest
Creating a Food Forest
Join us for an exploration of the developing food forest and edible ecosystem at Tonnóg Farm.
This practical workshop introduces the principles behind food forests and ecological growing, using real examples from our orchard systems, hedgerows and biodiversity-focused landscape.
Together, we'll explore how trees, shrubs and perennial plants can be combined to create productive ecosystems that provide food while supporting wildlife.
The workshop is informal, beginner-friendly and focused on observation, discussion and practical ideas that participants can apply in their own gardens, smallholdings or community projects.
Suitable for gardeners, growers, smallholders and anyone interested in food forests, agroforestry and biodiversity-friendly growing.
