Uses: A versatile apple suitable for eating fresh or for making cider, with a rich, nutty flavor typical of russets.
Soil type: Prefers loamy, slightly acidic soil, but adaptable to most well-drained soils.
Pollination: Requires a pollinator from Groups 1 & 2.
